In his first State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress, President Obama outlined his priorities for legislative action and priorities for the American people. In his remarks he highlighted job creation, heath care, the economy, national security and the environment. He also outlined his agenda for the coming year, including global warming, immigration reform, financial regulation, and ending the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy of exclusion.
